Vince Donovan, brings a wealth of experience from his thirty-year career as a police officer with the South Wales Police in Cardiff. Throughout his service, Vince honed a diverse set of strategies and intervention skills to effectively handle challenging and potentially volatile situations stemming from anger and frustration.

While Vince humbly acknowledges that he is not a specialist in addressing disabilities or additional needs, he boasts over twenty-five years of experience delivering Conflict Management training. During this time, he has successfully shared these invaluable skills with numerous professionals, and these skills have consistently proven to be adaptable and highly effective for carers.

At the core of our training approach is a commitment to fostering a reflective and supportive learning environment. We understand that carers face multifaceted challenges in their roles, and our training is designed to empower and motivate them. Vince conducts the training in an informal and relaxed manner, placing a strong emphasis on open discussions and participant engagement.
