Lone Worker Policy Review Authority Checklist

Review lone working policy, risk assessment, escalation, records and manager oversight against practical employer responsibilities.

Supports the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 duty to maintain a safe system of work for lone workers. Do not treat the Employment Rights Act 2025 as a live preventative-duty standard. Acas currently dates all reasonable steps and third-party harassment liability to 30 October 2026.
