A polished five-point employer assessment for identifying hazards, testing controls, recording evidence and assigning priority actions.
Supports the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 duty to assess and control foreseeable risks of violence and aggression. The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 is a current duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of workers, including where third-party contact is foreseeable. It is not a general third-party harassment duty. Employment Rights Act 2025 third-party liability and all reasonable steps are planned for 30 October 2026. They are not current law. Check Acas.
